What is Team Tent Village all about?

What better way to celebrate your team’s accomplishment than to gather all your friends, family, supporters and cyclists under one tent at the beautiful Northern Illinois Campus’ Convocation Center during the weekend of Bike MS to toast your team’s victory and spur you on to the next day’s ride!

What is the Chapter Expected to Supply?

The chapter commits to establishing a great area for the Team Village and ensuring that our tent vendor follows the orders that were placed. Chapter staff and volunteers will be available throughout the day at the Team Village to answer questions, provide assistance when needed and help the team volunteers have as good of a time as the team riders do.

What are the Teams Expected to Supply?

• Tents (must be reserved through vendor) 
• Chairs & Tables (must be reserved through vendor) 
• Food 
• Drink 
• Decorations 
• Extras such as port-a-potties, massage therapists, hot tubs, games etc. 
• Volunteers 
• Tent Captain (volunteer in charge of the tent overall)

Team Tent Decorating Contest!

Your team will work hard right up to Bike MS weekend to fundraise, recruit team members, get those legs trained for Bike MS. But the fun doesn’t end there!

Who wants to sit around at the overnight in a tent that lacks personality? We know that your team is overflowing with spirit and fun so go head and show it. We dare you! We welcome you to participate in the fourth annual

Team Tent Decorating Contest!

Rules

• Your team is responsible for bringing their own decorations and for taking them home again
• Flames and explosives are not festive
• Please don’t damage the grounds we need them to invite us back
• Remember that people of all ages will be at the tour please decorate in good taste

Use your creativity to make your tent look like yours, not everyone else’s. All Bike MS participants will have the opportunity to vote to determine the best decorated team tent.  Voting will be open after the ride on Saturday; so please plan to have your tent decorated by noon on Saturday June 21. The winner of the Best Decorated Team tent will be awarded to the team whose tent has the most flair during the overnight.
